Springing
Hi everybody.
Mockingbird.
Sugarloaf.
The sun.
Catalpa.
Cherry tree trunk.
Cherry blossoms.
Bluebird, pear tree.
Pedestrian path.
Maple, leafing out.
Ginkgo, leafing out.
Dogwood flowers.
Broken beech tree, leafing out.
The beech buds look all shiny and coppery in the sun.
Another dogwood.
💚
The water in the creek looks like The Scream.
See it?
Hawk's nest.
Bluebird on a wire.
How are you?
We had a storm last night, and it's cold and windy today. Yesterday it was about 80 degrees! This morning on my walk, it was 40.
I caught up with friends on the first part of my walk, and I took a few pictures on the way back to my car. Leaves and flowers are budding on the trees. It's spring in spite of the low temps.

It was a good walk.
No time for any metaphors or anything today. I have plans this afternoon with a baby goat (!), and I need to get some things done first. If you have time for action items, call or write to thank Cory Booker and any Senators who join him in his filibuster. I think he's going on 15 hours or something at this point! If you have Democratic Senators, ask them to join, too.
I already called both of mine.
Onward.
