Gotcha
Hi everybody.
Bumble bee on the button bush.
Tiny fawn hiding in the demo garden.
Art in the gallery.
And a note from A kid. Maybe this kid will turn out to be the next Greg!
This is Rufus' Gotcha Day. Six years ago our little family got one bigger. I can't imagine what we ever did without him. He's the best boy. He doesn't know it yet, but he gets to play with a friend today. He will be so happy.
Things out in the world just keep getting worse but at least there are dogs.
For the record, the best Wes Anderson movie is Moonrise Kingdom.
How are you?
Yesterday I made the drive through the shiny tunnels of Baltimore and across the Potomac River, and I'm back home now. Kev and I watched the newest Wes Anderson movie last night, and I liked it, but fell asleep in the last ten minutes so I'm not sure how it ended. The color palette was great as usual. Someday, I want to knit a scarf for every Wes Anderson film. I wonder if someone has already done that. Probably.
I took a good long walk this morning in spite of continued humidity. There was an occasional breeze which helped a little. And a nice sunrise.
Here are a few pictures:

Hang in there, you guys.
Onward.
